APUA Resumes Disconnection Cycle for Overdue Accounts

DISCONNECTION NOTICE

APUA advises customers that the disconnection cycle for overdue accounts has resumed. Accounts that remain unpaid thirty (30) days or more after the due date are now subject to disconnection.

Customers are encouraged to contact our Customer Service team at 480-7150 to confirm their account balance or visit the APUA Online Portal for convenient account access and payment services.

We understand that financial challenges can arise and we are committed to working with our customers. If you are experiencing difficulty meeting your payment obligations, please contact our Credit Control Department at 480-7002 to discuss available payment arrangements and help avoid any interruption of service.
