Regarding to my previous letter about the Social Protection Board last Friday i would like to give an update.
On that said day I was contacted by the Management & Deputy Management of said board requesting a meeting with myself to come to an understanding of what happened within the offices last week Friday.
I agreed to visit the office this morning to have a discussion with the management team.
Upon arrival I was greeted professionally by two office clerks who directed me to where the meeting would be held.
I was given time on the floor to give my version of what happened & a short discussion was held immediately after.
An apology was given on behalf of the “Bad Customer Service” that i witnessed last Friday & was promised that an improvement will be made immediately.
I would like to thank the management team for reaching out to me & offering time for me to air my views..
