Two Men Arrestedee for Hashish
Two men, both of Jennings were taken into custody by the police, after they were found in possession of over 50 pounds of Hashish.
Around 3pm on Sunday, May 12, members of the Narcotics Squad conducted a search on a property occupied by 49-year-old Denfield Roberts and 23-Year-old Deshawn Lattibeaudiere of Jennings and seized a total 52.9 pounds of the controlled substance Hashish.
Hashish is a substance which derives from the cannabis plant by compressing and processing certain parts of plant. The substance is estimated at $590,200.
