Reggae in the Park attracts new Regional & Local support

Press release – St. John’s, Antigua. April 29, 2024: Antigua Sailing Week organizers are thrilled to announce the additional sponsors who have pledged their support for the 13th edition of Reggae in the Park, the mid-regatta highlight which will take place tomorrow, April 30, at Dow’s Hill in English Harbour, Antigua.

The celebration welcomes Lucky Eddi’s, Grace Foods, Premier Beverages, Jolly Beach Hotel, Grow Antigua Barbuda & Pineapple Road as partners of the highly anticipated festival. Attendees of the 2024 event featuring Jamaican artist Sanchez, will experience an electrifying line-up of artist performances, immersive cultural experiences, and delicious culinary offerings, made possible by these corporate supporters.

Patrons of the all-inclusive tier will have exclusive access to Belvedere Ruins and two platforms. The menu, created by Chef Steve, includes a host of delectable dishes compliments of Grace Foods, the renowned Caribbean food brand. Regular ticket holders won’t be disappointed as local vendors will be out in force with festival favourite foods on sale throughout the night.

We promise to challenge your taste buds with well seasoned meats, flavoured with our selection of condiments, and lets not forget the jerk meats, a fan favourite among Antiguans and all of these are from the trusted name of Grace Foods. We look forward to an exciting night,” noted brand manager Germaine Serieux  

Meanwhile the Premier Beverages team will keep the bars flowing throughout the venue with a wide selection of top shelf spirits including the ever-popular English Harbour 5 Year Old Rum. Everyone can experience Sunset the Gun Platform, while browsing the creations of local artisans while enjoying Hellsgate Steel Orchestra’s renditions of top reggae anthems.  Other artists on the bill include DJ Illist, Exorcist Sounds, l17 61, Drastic, Kenne Blessin and more.

Tickets for General Admission (EC$125) and Food & Drink Inclusive (EC$295) can be purchased online via the TicketingApp. Physical tickets are available  Lucky Eddi’s, Antigua Yacht Club, Darkwood Beach Bar, Grow Antigua Barbuda, Sips & Tips, Pineapple Road, Can I Talk Mobile, Townhouse Megastore, Roti King and the Caribbean Lottery.

On the night, a free park and ride will operate from Marsh Village football field with only pass holders being allowed through the barriers at Dow’s Hill. The shuttle will be available from 5pm going up and right through until 1am in the morning to ensure everyone returns safely back to their vehicles.
