Ministry Extends Best Wishes to EMT Involved in Motor Vehicle Accident

The Ministry of Health, Wellness, Environment, and Civil Service Affairs extends its heartfelt best wishes to the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) who was involved in a motor vehicle accident earlier today while carrying out her duties.
Minister of Health, Wellness, Environment, and Civil Service Affairs, Michael Joseph, expressed concern for the EMT and wished her a full and speedy recovery.
“Our EMTs and other frontline healthcare workers play a critical role in serving and protecting our communities, often under challenging circumstances. We are grateful for their dedication and commitment, and our thoughts are with our colleague and her family at this time,” Minister Joseph stated.

The Ministry also takes this opportunity to remind all motorists to exercise caution and responsibility while using the nation’s roads. Drivers are urged to remain vigilant, obey traffic laws, avoid distractions, and be mindful of emergency and service vehicles operating in the public interest.
Road safety is a shared responsibility, and every effort must be made to protect not only ourselves but also those who work tirelessly to provide essential services to the public.
The Ministry remains hopeful for the EMT’s swift and full recovery and thanks members of the public for keeping her in their thoughts and prayers.
