Allegations are that the victim was involved in an altercation with his attacker, whom he knows only as “Kelvin.”
During the incident, the victim was stabbed three times – to his lower right leg, his left shoulder, and left elbow.
However, man’s wounds are not life-threatening.
This offence reportedly occurred about 10:30 p.m. on February 18 at Marina Bay.
