Due to unforeseen circumstances, the General Post Office Headquarters on High Street in St John’s will not be providing services to the public today, April 28.
Postmaster General Algernon Gomes has assured that the headquarters will be open again on Tuesday, May 2.
However, it’s important to note that stamps can still be obtained at the satellite offices located in All Saints and Woods today.
