Embattled ex-Superintendent Ray John and his former partner Shakema Charles, linked to a passport scam, returned to court for their committal hearing, following a prior dismissal of charges by Justice Tunde Bakre.

However, it was adjourned until June 27.

The duo, accused of conspiring with Vincentian resident Lonzel Jones to forge passport bio pages, faced renewed charges after their initial victory.

Represented by Defence attorneys Hugh Marshall and Michael Archibald, they sought dismissal twice but now await further legal proceedings.
