Community Centers: Upgrade basketball courts into indoor centers with fall facilities, including changing rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, lighting, seating, and a children playground.
Enhancing Healthcare Services Polyclinic Upgrades: Improve services at Glanvilles’ Polyclinic, including eye, dental, and neonatal care, daily doctor availability, pharmacy, and permanent ambulance station.
Supporting Youth and Sports: Sports Infrastructure: Upgrade football fields with seating, restrooms, changing rooms, and vendor malls to support youth development. Business Support: Helping aspiring business owners create business plans and access funding.
Attracting Investments: Marina Development: develop a mixed-use marina with condominiums, commercial and entertainment facilities, restaurants, a nursing home, and a seaside boardwalk to attract locals and tourists.
Promoting Homeownership: Young Home Buyers: Prioritize homeownership opportunities for young people and first-time home buyers.
Educational Development: STEM Programs: Establish after-school, out-of time, and summer camp programs focusing on STEM education.
Emergency Services: Fire Station: Push for the completion or erection of a fire station in St. Phillip’s North.
