COTEEN FRANCIS CHARGED WITH MULTIPLE FIREARM-RELATED OFFENCES
St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, Wednesday, April 29, 2026
The police have arrested and charged Coteen Francis in connection with multiple firearm-related offences.
The 32-year-old resident of Grays Farm has been charged with Shooting with Intent to Murder, Discharging a Firearm in a Public Place, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Unlawful Possession of Ammunition.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred along Queen Elizabeth Highway shortly after 1: a.m. on Sunday, April 26.
The accused is expected to appear before the court at the next available sitting.
The police continue to appeal to members of the public who may have information relevant to this matter to contact the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) at 462-3913 or call Crimestoppers at 800-TIPS (8477).
