National bodybuilder Kenroy Christian has won a legal battle against the Office of National Drug and Money Laundering Control Policy (ONDCP), securing the return of over $170,000 seized during a search of his premises.
Magistrate Dane Hamilton delivered the ruling, ending a lengthy legal dispute.
The ONDCP seized the money on June 15, 2022, during a search related to suspected drug and firearm activities, but Christian was never charged with a crime.
Represented by attorney Wendel Alexander, Christian contested the seizure, and Magistrate Hamilton ruled in his favor, determining that the ONDCP unlawfully held the cash.
