ABEC: Voter ID Cards Replaced March 23–April 2 Available for Pickup

The Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission (ABEC) is urging voters who recently replaced their identification cards to collect them promptly, noting that offices will close at 7 p.m. today.
In a public notice, ABEC said individuals who applied for replacement voter ID cards between March 23 and April 2 can collect them at the Registration Unit where they submitted their application.
The commission advised voters to follow the collection instructions carefully and to take note of the extended closing time.
ABEC also outlined the locations of its registration units across the country, including sites at Villa Primary School, the Central Registration Unit on Factory Road, the Multipurpose Cultural and Exhibition Centre, and several community centres and public buildings in constituencies nationwide, including Barbuda.
Operating hours remain in effect until further notice, with weekday services running from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and weekend hours from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The notice comes amid heightened activity around voter registration and ID renewals ahead of the upcoming general election.
