Prime Minister Joins Villa Primary Students on CHOGM 2026 Bottle Cap Mural
Prime Minister Gaston Browne joined students of Villa Primary School and project partners on Thursday in adding recycled bottle caps to a public mural being created ahead of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) 2026.
The mural, organized by the CHOGM 2026 Secretariat and led by Artistic Director Calvin Pilgrim and Stacy Russell, is being constructed from recycled bottle caps and is intended to promote sustainability and community involvement as Antigua and Barbuda prepares to host leaders from across the Commonwealth.

CHOGM 2026 is scheduled for Nov. 1-4 and is expected to bring together representatives from the Commonwealth’s 56 member countries.
