TWO CHARGED WITH UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF FIREARM, AMMUNITION, AND BULLETPROOF VESTS

Police have arrested and jointly charged 25-year-old Wayne Knowles and 22-year-old Shiloh Martin both of Liberta with Unlawful Possession of one Taurus .40 Pistol with 10 matching rounds of ammunition, Possession of one Smith and Wesson 9mm Pistol with ten matching rounds of ammunition, Possession of two 9mm Magazines, and unlawful possession of four Ballistic vests.

On Wednesday, October 16, the police executed a search warrant at Table Hill Gardens in Liberta and found the illegal items on a property occupied by both accused and several others, including three Juveniles.The items were seized and occupants were arrested and taken into custody. Both men will be appearing in court on Monday.
