Suspect in Custody in Connection with Grays Farm Shooting

St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, Tuesday, 6 January 2026

A male suspect is currently in police custody for questioning in connection with the ongoing investigation into a shooting incident that occurred in the Grays Farm community on Friday.

On Monday, a team of police officers conducted a targeted operation in Grays Farm area.

During the operation, a male suspect was found in an abandoned building along with two individuals, who are also wanted by the police for questioning in unrelated offences.

All three suspects were arrested and taken into custody.

The police also seized a quantity of cannabis and two propane gas bottles suspected to have been stolen.

Investigations into the matter are ongoing.
