St. Paul’s MP E.P. Chet Greene Sponsors 15 UWI Scholarships for Constituents

St. Paul’s MP E.P. Chet Greene has announced the sponsorship of 15 scholarships for residents of the constituency to pursue short courses through The UWI Global Campus.

In a social media post, Greene said he was “pleased to sponsor 15 scholarships for short courses from The UWI Global Campus for residents of St. Paul’s,” describing the initiative as a chance for constituents to access new skills and opportunities at the start of the year.

According to information shared, the scholarships will support enrolment in a range of short courses, including areas such as human resource management, supervisory and project management, customer service, financial planning for small businesses, labour law, marketing, occupational health and safety, office management, and early childhood education.

Greene framed the initiative as part of a forward-looking approach to personal development, stating: “New Year. New Courses. New Opportunities.”

Additional details on how interested residents can access the scholarships are expected to be provided to constituents of St. Paul’s.
