SLBMC Receives $15,000 Equipment Donation from Antigua & Barbuda Renal Society

— 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 (𝗦𝗟𝗕𝗠𝗖) 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗮 & 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀.

This donation is a significant addition to SLBMC’s medical equipment and will greatly enhance the hospital’s capabilities in providing high-quality healthcare to its patients, particularly those with kidney-related conditions.

The angiography table, a state-of-the-art piece of medical equipment, will facilitate advanced diagnostic imaging procedures.

This will improve the accuracy and efficiency of treatments for patients requiring vascular intervention.

Additionally, the two lead aprons will offer critical protection to our medical staff from radiation exposure during such procedures.
