Ryan Group Orders Illegal Vendors to Vacate Heritage Quay by Friday
The Ryan Group of Companies has issued a notice to illegal vendors at Heritage Quay, ordering them to vacate the property by Friday. Paul Ryan, a family owner and group representative, described the vendors’ setups as “shacks” and raised concerns about their continued presence.
Despite personally delivering the message over the weekend, Ryan said the number of vendors has since grown, heightening tensions over property rights and regulations. He says that the group is seeking a lawful resolution, and local authorities may need to intervene if the vendors do not comply.
