Reigning Carnival Queen Kia Kirwan to Compete for Miss OECS Title in Dominica

Reigning Carnival Queen Kia Kirwan will represent Antigua and Barbuda at the Miss OECS pageant on Jan. 30 in Dominica, as she vies for the regional crown.
The competition will be held at Windsor Park Sports Stadium and will feature contestants from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, the British Virgin Islands, Dominica and Anguilla. The event begins at 8 p.m. under the theme “Crowning Radiance, Embracing Unity,” reflecting the ideals of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States.
Kirwan, Queen of Carnival 2025, previously won the Miss Antigua and Barbuda Labour Queen title in 2016. She is seeking to succeed Dominica’s Kyanna Dyer, the reigning Miss OECS titleholder.
