The sentencing hearing for body modification artist Karl Warner has been postponed until November 26th.
The postponement of the sentencing is attributed to the probation report for Warner not being completed in time for the initial hearing.
Last month, Warner was found guilty of seven counts of sexual offenses involving a 14-year-old girl.
These incidents took place over a three-month span from February to May 2021.
He exploited the minor on two occasions on March 1, again on April 1, and subsequently on May 10 and May 13.
The victim had approached his establishment to inquire about a body piercing, one of the services he provides.
