Officials in Discussions for Flights Between Anguilla and Barbuda

Prime Minister Gaston Browne says Antigua and Barbuda and Anguilla are discussing direct flights between Barbuda and the British territory. Browne and Anguilla Premier Ellis Webster aim to enhance travel and connectivity, boosting tourism and economic opportunities.

The new Barbuda international airport, set to open soon, will facilitate potential joint flights two to three times a week. Browne emphasized, “Joint flights would help bring some traffic into Barbuda.”
