Nikki Beach set to open new resort on beautiful Caribbean holiday hotspot

EXPRESS UK- The renowned Nikki Beach Resort and Spa, which boasts beach clubs, resorts, residences, restaurants and spas across the globe, is expanding.

The brand currently has five resorts located in Thailand, Greece, UAE, Greece and Montenegro, and it is adding one more set to open in 2028.

The New Nikki Beach property will be housed on the beautiful island of Antigua, marking the brand’s first opening in the Caribbean.

Partnering up with investment firm Ayre Group, the new development will be made up of 82 rooms and suites, 181 branded residences including studios and villas, as well as the Nikki Beach Antigua beach club, which will have its own boat drop-off point.

The resort will also include five food and beverage venues, a gym, and a Nikki spa that will have therapy rooms, an aquatic centre and a residence owner’s lounge.

Tourism on the islands is on the rise. According to Book Antigua, this year, it welcomed over 176,665 stay-over visitors between January and June – a 15% increase compared to 2023 and a massive increase from its previous best year, which was in 2019 and saw 161,434 visitors.

And now, with the luxury making its mark on the island, the tourism industry in Antigua is set to be completely transformed.
