Michael Freeland to Be Introduced as New ABLP Candidate at St. George’s Public Rally on March 27

The Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) is set to host a public rally on Wednesday, March 27, at 7 p.m. at the New Winthorpes Primary School, where the spotlight will shine on the party’s new candidate for the St. George constituency—Michael Freeland.

The rally, themed “Thank You, St. George!” will give residents the opportunity to engage with Freeland and hear directly from the ABLP leadership. Prime Minister and ABLP Political Leader Gaston Browne is expected to address supporters, alongside the party’s Chairman, Chet Greene.

The event marks Freeland’s formal introduction as the party’s new standard-bearer for St. George, a move that signals a fresh chapter for the constituency. Attendees can expect to hear the party’s vision for the area, along with key national priorities ahead of future elections.

Residents and supporters are encouraged to attend and connect with Freeland and Team Labour. The rally is also part of the party’s ongoing grassroots engagement, aiming to build momentum and reaffirm its commitment to community development and progress.
