


A 3.6 magnitude earthquake was recorded in the Eastern Caribbean on March 15, 2025, at 12:28 PM local time (16:28 UTC), according to the University of the West Indies Seismic Research Centre (UWI SRC).
The earthquake, with a depth of 27 km, was located at latitude 18.01N and longitude 62.03W. It occurred approximately 101 km north-northwest of Saint John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, 111 km northeast of Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and 136 km north of Brades, Montserrat.
UWI SRC emphasized that this is a preliminary automatic location and may be subject to revision following further analysis. There have been no immediate reports of damage or injuries associated with the event.
