Illiard Kings Maintain Control in Week 1, Night 2 Victory Over Paradise Ballers

Week 1 of the NPPA 8-Ball Team Competition continued on Night 2 with the Billiard Kings delivering a composed and methodical performance, defeating the Paradise Ballers 5–1 in a matchup defined by early dominance and disciplined closing.
The night opened with Marshall of the Billiard Kings facing Big One of the Paradise Ballers, and it was quick and clinical from the outset. Marshall controlled both racks, securing a decisive 2–0 win and setting the tone early.
Next up was Killa of the Billiard Kings against Hercules of the Paradise Ballers. Killa showed no hesitation, cutting the giant down to size with confident shot-making to claim another 2–0 victory and extend the Kings’ early momentum.
The third matchup featured Mac-10 versus Sky. Mac-10, one of the top performers from last season, faced Sky, a returning player who previously competed with inaugural champions Titans before joining Paradise Ballers. Experience prevailed, as Mac-10 closed out the set 2–0, continuing the Kings’ flawless start.
In the fourth match, Sniper took on Obi. Obi showed signs of promise and looked capable of taking a rack, but Sniper’s composure proved decisive, resulting in another 2–0 sweep for the Billiard Kings.
Paradise Ballers finally broke through in the fifth matchup. Grim of the Billiard Kings dropped the first rack of the night for his team, and Robbie of the Paradise Ballers capitalized fully, winning two straight racks. Robbie had arrived with confidence, stating in a pre-match interview that he intended to be the one to stop the Kings’ run—and he delivered, earning the Ballers their lone point of the night.
The final matchup saw Demolition Man of the Billiard Kings against Magic of the Paradise Ballers. With momentum briefly checked, Demolition Man responded calmly, overcoming the challenge and closing out the set to seal the night for the Kings.
With disciplined execution, timely responses, and consistent rack management, the Billiard Kings never allowed a comeback to take shape.

Final Score:
Billiard Kings 5, Paradise Ballers 1
Week 1 continues, but after Night 2, the Billiard Kings have firmly established themselves as a team setting the early standard in the competition.
