Justice Jan Drysdale has dismissed a lawsuit brought by D. Gisele Isaac against former Education Minister Michael Browne and the Cabinet.
The case centered around Isaac’s 2014 suspension and dismissal as Executive Secretary of the Board of Education, as well as a report aired on ZDK radio about her tenure.
Isaac claimed her rights were violated since she wasn’t allowed to respond to the report and sought compensation for reputational damage.
The court ruled against her.
