The Ministry of Health, Wellness, Environment and Civil Service Affairs has extended condolences to the family and friends of former employee Conie Oberou Williams.
The ministry remembered Williams as a valued and dedicated former employee whose “commitment, kindness and vibrant spirit” would be deeply remembered.
Her funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. July 24 at Mount Zion Baptist Church in Golden Grove New Extension. Burial will follow at Tranquility Park.
A bus driven by Vernon Tanner will leave the King George Grounds in Grays Farm at 1:30 p.m. to transport people to the service.
Family members and close friends have been asked to wear shades of blue in Williams’ honour.
