With only 14 spots available to go up against the reigning uptempo Party Monarch , Empress, the competition was fierce.
One notable absence from this year’s Party Monarch Finals will be soca diva Claudette “CP” Peters, as it was announced last night that she would not be defending her groovy party monarch title.
