Consumer Affairs Division and Bureau of Standards to Host Webinar on Consumer Protection

PRICES AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS DIVISION

The Prices and Consumer Affairs Division, in conjunction with the Bureau of Standards, will be hosting a webinar on March 11th, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

This webinar will help to strengthen trust in goods and services, particularly in relation to imports and intra-regional trade. The session will also explain the role of the Bureau in consumer protection and demonstrate the competence of the Bureaus. Additionally, it aims to bring awareness to how standards can champion the rights of consumers, inform consumers and businesses of their rights and responsibilities, and raise awareness about the complaint process.
