Baltimore Wins St. Philip North By-Election in Landslide

Randy Baltimore of the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) has won the St. Philip North by-election by a wide margin, according to the final results released after all seven ballot boxes were counted.

The final box, from Polling Division C — Newfield Primary School (A–Z), added 149 votes for Baltimore and 42 for United Progressive Party (UPP) candidate Alex Browne, with one ballot rejected.

With the final tally completed, Baltimore secured 924 votes, while Browne received 407 votes, confirming a decisive victory for the ABLP candidate.
