In a heartwarming gesture that embodies community spirit, Damion “Billy” Tonge, popularly known as “King Warrior”, made a generous donation to the Irene B. Secondary School during the General Assembly held on Monday, September 23, 2024.
The renowned local football enthusiast and philanthropist gifted brand-new jerseys to the school’s U20 football team, reinforcing his commitment to supporting youth sports in the community.

The donation was met with enthusiastic applause from students and faculty present at the assembly. Mr. Tonge (Billy), a former student of the IBWSS, emphasized the impact that his Alma Mater had on him and expressed his joy in giving back to the environment that helped to shape him into who he is today.
He has also pledged to provide Gatorade and water for the players at every game.
