A man from Bendals has been remanded to His Majesty’s Prison after authorities linked him to the theft of 17 air-conditioning units from the Agriculture Ministry on Queen Elizabeth Highway.

Police say 30-year-old Travis Peters was charged following the incident, which reportedly took place on Tuesday, November 26.
Officers responding to the scene around 3:30 a.m. allegedly discovered the stolen units on the premises and impounded a vehicle found nearby.
