The investigator was present this morning, and the case file has been served. The trial is scheduled for November 26th this year.

Warner, currently suspended, is facing charges stemming from an incident in December last year, where he allegedly fired 12 shots at a car with two occupants in Willikies.

The altercation reportedly began over a vehicle rental dispute.

Warner pleaded not guilty to the charges.
