The battery case involving a sitting Member of Parliament has been delayed until December 10 due to health concerns.

MP Asot Michael stands accused of assaulting a police officer during a Fete last year.

Having pleaded not guilty, the defendant was due to have his no-case submission reviewed by the court today, but the hearing has been postponed for medical reasons.
