The Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) bids farewell to Ian Lewis, Water Business Unit Manager, after a 36-year career with the organisation, just one month shy of 37 years of dedicated service.
Ian’s contributions extended beyond national borders.
He served as Secretary to the Caribbean Water and Sewage Association, a former Director of the Caribbean Desalination Association, and as the local focal point to the World Meteorological Organisation.

APUA recognises Ian Lewis’ contributions to the Authority and the nation over more than three decades.
On behalf of the Minister of Public Utilities, the Board of Commissioners, colleague managers, and staff, we express our heartfelt gratitude for his unwavering commitment and invaluable service.
In the interim, Mr. Jason Peters has been appointed as Acting Water Business Unit Manager, ensuring continued leadership during this transition.
