IMPORTANT CUSTOMER UPDATE:

10% DISCOUNT EXTENDED

We wish to inform you about an extended billing reading cycle for electricity consumption covering July and August 2024, which resulted from operational challenges. We recognize that this longer reading period, and in some cases, bill estimation, may have led to higher charges on your recent bills.

To address this, we are offering a 10% discount on all August electricity bills that are typically due in September, up to one month after the due date. For example, if your August electricity bill is due on September 20th, then you will be eligible to receive your 10% discount if paid in full by October 20th.
