In a national address, Browne revealed that the government will implement anti-gang and juvenile curfew laws to curb criminal activities and safeguard minors.

A guns and gang suppression unit has also been established.

The strategy includes counseling, public education, and rehabilitation programs to reduce recidivism.

Additionally, a juvenile detention facility will be built at Crabbs Peninsula, and a cash incentive program has led to the recovery of over 110 illegal firearms in the past two years.
