Anthony Liverpool takes on new role as Ambassador to CELAC

Mr. Anthony Liverpool was sworn in today at Government House as Antigua and Barbuda’s Ambassador to the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) and The Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA) by His Excellency Sir Rodney Williams Governor General of Antigua and Barbuda.

In his congratulatory remarks, Sir Rodney encouraged Ambassador Liverpool to fully utilise his many years of experience in the diplomatic corps and the foreign office to continue to build on the beneficial relations which have already been established between Antigua and Barbuda and the two important Caribbean and Latin American organisations now placed under his diplomatic portfolio.
