Agro Expo 2026 Set for March 31 at Botanical Gardens

The Ministry of Agriculture, Lands, Fisheries and the Blue Economy will host Agro Expo 2026 on March 31 at the Antigua Botanical Gardens, highlighting youth involvement and innovation in agriculture across Antigua and Barbuda.

The event will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will feature the prize-giving ceremony for the Inter-school Garden Competition, recognizing the efforts and achievements of students and schools participating in agricultural initiatives.

Organizers say the expo will include student garden displays, livestock and small animal exhibits, fresh local produce, and other agricultural showcases designed to promote learning and engagement for families and visitors.

Admission is set at $5, and the ministry says the event aims to celebrate agriculture while encouraging support for young farmers, innovators and environmental stewards shaping the future of the sector.
