ABHTA Congratulates Carlisle Bay’s Kalin Fontaine on Global Hospitality Achievement

The Antigua and Barbuda Hotels and Tourism Association has extended congratulations to Kalin Fontaine, Restaurant Manager at Carlisle Bay Antigua, following her outstanding performance at the inaugural LQA Sirius Awards 2026 in Lisbon, Portugal.

In a social media post, the association praised Fontaine for representing Antigua and Barbuda and the wider Caribbean on the international stage after placing eighth overall at the awards.

ABHTA noted that Fontaine was the only hospitality professional from the Caribbean selected among more than 10,000 Star Employees worldwide and secured a place in the Top 100 globally.

“Her achievement reflects the genuine care, dedication, and unforgettable guest experiences that continue to define Caribbean hospitality,” the association said.

The organization also congratulated the team at Carlisle Bay Antigua, describing Fontaine’s success as an important milestone for Antigua and Barbuda’s tourism and hospitality sector.
