The Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission (ABEC) has issued an important update regarding the eligibility of voters for the upcoming by-elections in the St. Peter Constituency.
According to the commission, individuals who registered as new (first-time) voters on or before November 30, 2024, will be eligible to cast their ballots.
