Zaine Frederick of Furniture Gallery was crowned Queen of Carnival 2026 after securing the title and three judged awards during Tuesday night’s pageant at Carnival City.
Frederick, who competed as delegate No. 7, also won Best Performing Talent, Best Interview and True to Theme.
Christine Powell of ACB Caribbean was named first runner-up. The delegate No. 4 also captured the awards for Best Costume and Best Swimwear.
Aaliyah Taylor of Cool & Smooth placed second runner-up and received the Best Evening Wear award.
Among the unjudged awards, Queenella Williams of the Antigua and Barbuda Port Authority was named Miss Photogenic.
Denesha Samuel of LIAT Air received two awards: Miss Congeniality and the People’s Choice Award.
The pageant, held under the theme “Rhythm of a Queen: The Beat of Her Journey,” formed part of the Antigua Carnival 2026 celebrations.
