Spain defeats Argentina to win 2026 World Cup

Spain defeated Argentina 1-0 at the end of extra time to win the 2026 World Cup on Sunday in East Rutherford, N.J.

Ferran Torres, who entered as a substitute in the 62nd minute, scored the decisive goal in the 106th minute, helping Spain secure its second World Cup title.
