Anthony Stuart Delivers Financial Management and Leadership Session for Youth

Youth Affairs Programme Highlights Financial Management and Ethical Leadership
The Department of Youth Affairs has expressed gratitude to Financial and Business Consultant Anthony Stuart for delivering a presentation on Financial Management and Ethical Leadership during a youth development programme held on June 22.
Officials also thanked Kelly-Ann Boatswain for her support and acknowledged the contributions of programme sponsors, the Sandals Foundation and Flow Antigua, whose assistance helped make the initiative possible.

According to the department, the session forms part of ongoing efforts to equip young people with practical skills and knowledge while promoting entrepreneurship, ethical decision-making and leadership development.
Stuart, an Antiguan-born financial and business consultant, brings more than 35 years of experience in finance, banking, insurance and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and serves as a lecturer in the School of Business and Management at The University of the West Indies Five Islands Campus.
Throughout his career, Stuart has worked in both the public and private sectors, including positions within the Customs Department and Audit Department. He previously served as Executive Director of the St. John’s Development Corporation and currently operates as Senior Financial and Business Consultant at Personal Financial Solutions, an Antiguan-owned consultancy firm.
The Department of Youth Affairs said the programme continues to foster innovation, ethics and resilience among young people and entrepreneurs in Antigua and Barbuda.
