Police Launch Recruitment Drive for New Officers

The Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda is recruiting new police officers and is encouraging eligible young people to apply as part of its latest intake drive.
In a public notice issued this week, the force said applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35 and possess at least three CSEC subjects, including English, or equivalent qualifications.
Applications can be completed online through the police website at “police.gov.ag,” with completed forms to be submitted to the Human Resource Department at Police Headquarters on American Road.

The force said submissions are accepted during office hours from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The recruitment campaign urges prospective applicants to “serve your country, protect your community, and make a difference,” while promoting the slogan, “Be a force for good. Build a safer tomorrow.”
Images accompanying the campaign also feature training activities at the Wright F. George Police Academy, where recruits undergo preparation for service in the force.
