Taneisha S. Richardson Wins Second International Wedding Planning Award

— Antiguan wedding planner Taneisha S. Richardson has secured another international accolade, earning the Best Wedding under CAD $50,000 award from The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada.

Richardson, owner of Unique Events by TSR, was named a Top 5 finalist before claiming the top prize, marking her second win in the category and solidifying her status as a two-time award-winning wedding planner and designer.

The Antigua and Barbuda Hotels and Tourism Association (ABHTA) congratulated Richardson on the achievement, noting that her success places an international spotlight on Antigua and Barbuda as a leading destination for high-quality weddings.

“This remarkable achievement not only celebrates her talent and dedication, but also shines an international spotlight on Antigua & Barbuda as a premier destination for world-class, unforgettable weddings,” the association said in a statement.

Richardson described her journey as one rooted in determination and self-belief.
