Single-Lane Traffic Continues on Major Roadways Amid Ongoing Repairs

𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗟𝗘 𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗘 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖 on Valley Road North, Old Parham Road, Sir Sydney Walling Highway and Anchorage Road
The Ministry of Works’ Project Implementation Management Unit (PIMU) advises the general public that single-lane traffic continues to facilitate ongoing infrastructure repairs to major roads.
On Valley Road North, road markings, concrete and drainage works in the vicinity of Jolly Harbour and Sugar Ridge will continue, starting daily at approximately 8:00 a.m.
On Old Parham Road, drain cleaning and shoulder repairs will continue, starting daily at approximately 8:00 a.m.
On Sir Sydney Walling Highway, road markings, concrete and drainage works and shoulder repairs will continue, starting daily at approximately 8:00 a.m.
On Anchorage Road, road markings will continue, starting daily at approximately 8:00 a.m.
Flag persons will be employed, and motorists are encouraged to follow all instructions to ensure a cautious and safe passageway, as heavy-duty equipment will be operating near the works.
All businesses remain open.
