Public Accounts Committee to Meet Feb. 26; Statutory Bodies and Citizenship Unit Finances on Agenda

The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) is scheduled to meet on Thursday, Feb. 26, at 2:30 p.m. at the House of Parliament on Queen Elizabeth Highway, with the session open to the public and media.
Opposition Leader Jamale Pringle, who chairs the committee, said members have been notified of the meeting through the Clerk of Parliament.
According to a press statement issued Thursday, matters for discussion will include follow-up issues arising from the last PAC meeting, the finances of statutory bodies and the finances of the Citizenship by Investment Unit.
The meeting will be open to members of the public, media houses and freelance journalists. Proceedings will also be broadcast live on the national broadcasting station, ABS.
