Senior Citizens Utility Subsidy Programme Voucher Distribution

Monday February 23^rd –Saturday February 28^th, 2026

PDV Caribe Antigua & Barbuda Limited (PDV CAB) in collaboration with the Government of Antigua and Barbuda announces the distribution of the new Senior Citizens’ Utility Subsidy booklets for the period March 2026 to August 2026. This distribution will be done from Monday February 23^rd to Friday February 27^th, 2026, from 9am to 4pm dailyand Saturday February 28^th, 2026 from 9am to 1pm,at the Multipurpose Cultural Centre, Perry Bay.

Beneficiaries are reminded to bring along the following documents: –

● valid government issued photo ID (Voter’s Card, Passport or Driver’s License);

● Social Security Pensioners’ Card; OR

● previous booklet 

Beneficiaries who are unable to collect their booklets in person may assign someone else to collect on their behalf. This individual must present the following documents:-

● his/her valid government issued ID;

● the beneficiary’s Social Security Pension Card; OR

● the beneficiary’s previous booklet

Beneficiaries are asked to note the Distribution Schedule which will be done alphabetically according to surname:

WHEN:    ​

Monday February 23^rd ​    ​            Surnames beginning A, B & C.

Tuesday February 24^th ​​            Surnames beginning D, E, F, G & H.

Wednesday February 25^th         ​            Surnames beginning I, J, K, L & M.

Thursday February 26^th ​      ​​Surnames beginning N, O, P, Q, R & S.

Friday February 27^th  ​​​Surnames beginning T, U, V, W, X, Y & Z.

Saturday February 28^th​​​Surnames beginning A to Z.

Booklets should be collected during this distribution period to avoid any forfeiture of benefits.
