A nurse at the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre (SLBMC) has earned a master’s degree in nursing, marking a significant professional milestone for the institution’s nursing staff.

Philis Humphreys, an Infection, Disease and Environmental Health (IDEH) nurse, has been awarded a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialisation in Nurse Executive from Walden University.

In a congratulatory message, SLBMC praised Ms Humphreys for her achievement, describing it as “amazing news” at the start of the week and commending her dedication and perseverance.
